My husband has worked for this company for nearly ten years. He drives company truck/trailer in which?

in which he parks in front of our house every night. my husband feels that he should be paid from the time he leaves in the morning. Also the employer does not want to pay him his regular wage when he drives from job to job. He said that the clocks starts once he's back to the job. They can sometimes haves 3 or 4 jobs to do in one day which means he could be driving 2 to 3 hours a day which we feel he should be paid. The employer wants to pay him for the mileage 25cents a mile(but that doesn't start until after he travels the first 30 miles) Is this legal?

Off and on for about 4-6 months I've had a bad pain in my lower left jaw. My DDS determined I needed a RC and she did the RC in Dec. I was on antibiotics at the time as well. I went back 3 times since then to see why this pain was coming back. She said she could not see infection in xrays, nor by feeling around my gums... and said my body must be having a hard time fighting it off. I was given more antibiotics. I've been off antibiotics for a mth and been ok. 2 days ago my throat was hurting, went to reg MD and she said my left lymph gland and tonsil is a tiny bit swollen but nothing to worry about yet. She agrees a am fighting an infection but she thinks it's viral. I'm going to another DDS tomorrow for xrays again. This will be my 4th DDS and 5th set of xrays to see if there is still infection in that tooth. My DDS was uming there was because the tooth is still tender. All my RC's are tender though. If I had an infection from that RC tooth, wouldn't I have pain in that tooth? Thku

unfortunately I don't believe that you can get great results by something out of a box. Especially when your dealing with black hair and you want to go lighter. If I were you, I'd spend the the extra money and go to a salon and have them do it. They may need to strip the color, but you'll have to talk to them about it. Cause I dyed my hair dark brown once, and I wanted to go back to being blond, but not do it with stripping my color cause it would've taken too long. So what the lady did was put highlights in my hair. So maybe just do highlights for now. But I don't know your hair texture, it could be really damaging to your hair. You definitely need to consider that damage your gonna cost.

I think that Marquez is the best fighter of the three, he is very versatile and clearly the best boxer/counter-puncher out of all of them. In terms of legacy, that one is difficult but I would have to say that Barrera is the slight favorite in terms of what he has accomplished. Marquez is definitely my favorite because I think that he is the most talented of the bunch, but was always overshadowed by the other two until recently which made me root for him a lot.

Dislocation with possible ligament/or tendon tears whats next?

i am 25 years old and i have recently re-injured my right pinky(previous dislocation X2). i went to the ER after work this morning(following nursing sups instructions) and was told that i have a dislocation with a possible ligament/or tendon tear as well. I have to follow up with ortho next week but my question is what will be done if there is a tendon tear. this is suspected because i am unable to bend my finger at all at the second joint, even after being numbed to rule out if it was pain causing the decreased ROM or the actual injury.... i am currently in a splint with support around my base knuckle and hand... also the swelling is NOT going down even a little despite icing and elevation, and i actually think it is getting worse rather then better... and at the base of my finger there is some numbness which i was ured is due to the swelling but thought i should mention it... thanks for all input and as i have said i have already been seen by ER docs and i am waiting to see ortho.

I think both logics are logical, you need to find the right balance. If it's too easy she knows they're easy because she's not good enough for more difficult work and it damages her confidence. But if she gets books that are too complicated for her, she'll get discourage that she can't manage it. Why don't you give your daughter more complicated books to read, as a hobby? That way she doesn't get marked on these books, so she doesn't get the feeling she's being "punished" every time she does it wrong and it might become something fun and subtly train her.

When finishing basement walls do you need a vapor barier between the metal studs and drywall ? Is it ok not to?

To prevent a mold problem you need to put up the vapor barier before you put the metal studs in place. Well if you want vintage i would suggest the clic vibe 50's strat. It has a maple neck which is warm and a slim neck too. It is 300$. Eric Clapton played a 50's guitar with a maple neck too. You could put Tex Mex pickups for a hotter sound also. Also a G-400 SG is a nice guitar. It is a Rock Guitar and has easy access to high frets but it cost 400$ but it is a really great guitar.

The CSA can contact you up until the child is 16 or leaves school. I met a guy many years ago when I was very young and the first time we had I conceived my son on Dec 27th what's wrong with that? Anyway to cut a long story short my son is nearly 15 now and although the father admitted to me that he was his he has never ever seen or paid towards the upbringing of his son. I contacted the CSA about 5 years ago and I had found out so much (where he was living and who he worked for) and they just kept on messing up, losing my file etc and in the end I gave up. The only way to resolve this is to have a DNA test, at the end of the day the child in question has a right to know who their father is and if it was 10 years ago then the child is at an age where he/she can make a decision on whether or not he/she wants to know about her father and his family. If it is proved that your partner is the father then he has a responsibility to the child and you will have to accept that, it isn't the child's fault. For all you know she may have given up on your husband having a part in her child's life as he has made no real effort in his/her upbringing. The only way to put your mind at ease is to have a DNA test, if you can't afford one you could always ask Jeremy Kyle lol! Hope you manage to work things out. My son's attitude towards his father that he has never bothered with him so he has no reason to bother with him. Your partner should consider this as the child in question (if turned out to be his) may reject him and he may not like that once he realises that he has missed out on his child's life. im not big on drinking, but i like to drink every now and then and it seems like drinking does more for me than not drinking and taking my meds. ive drank once since i started taking my antidepressant (30 mg celexa) and soon im going to start taking 150 mg seroquel xr to stabilize my moods (they said i have to do bloodwork first and then i have to take one 50 mg seroquel xr one day, then two 50 mg seroquel xr the next night, then starting taking my prescription of 150 mg seroquel xr) in addition to taking my 30 mg celexa. so i guess this means no more alcohol even occasionally? i probably shouldnt have even drank that one time while on just my celexa should i?

Brine shrimp for guppy/molly fry?

My cat's head trauma caused blindness. Is their anything that can be done?

This happened a year and a half ago. He was rushed to the animal hospital and treated for extensive head traumas and had his jaw wired shut for a couple of weeks. Since the accident his eyes appear fully dilated and he cannot see out of either. The doctor said this may go away and that he could do nothing for this. Since time has ped the one eye has turned white (like a blind person's eyes) the other remains the normal color and is still dilated. my neighbor who lives across the street owns a golden retriever which to my knowledge are quite active dogs. i've never once since the day they brought her home three years ago seen them take her for a walk. i am always sitting out on my french doorstep so i can see what is going on pretty easily as they live directly across the street from me. the family is overweight and uses their car as an only means of transportation. they have a small backyard where the dog eliminates but thats about the only outdoors it ever sees. i own a shih tzu, a very small dog, who gets more energy than this golden retriever. its escaped out of its backyard numerous times and runs back and forth across the street. one time i had to grab her by her collar and drag her back home, where the owner was sleeping and had no idea how she escaped the backyard. my heart breaks for this dog as i feel it is never walked. its home inside all day. is this abuse or should i mind my own business?

MLB 10 The Show; Road To The Show (RTTS) Help?

Honestly it was easier to make it to the pros in 07 and 08 but lately its getting longer due to the advancement goals. It takes at least one season in each AA and AAA to make it but that depends on how good you do. I dont have time to play MLB 10 due to the fact i play basketball but so far with my SS it's a headache. This doesnt work for me but you could shift the sliders and make it easier to do things, but I never see the difference. Thats the best I can tell you and if it doesnt work dont waste your time on it.

I think this is indeed a tragedy, and it goes to show that if you love your team, you shouldn't take things in excess. Things like this happen all of the time. I hear about riots in streets during times such as March Madness. There are devout followers of sports teams, that will get drunk and do things out of the ordinary all for the sake of "excitement". I think celebration is fine, but don't do it in excess. Love your team if you must, but make sure you are responsible with what you do. This is sad, and it is a reminder to have self control.

Concerned about mom's boyfriend?

Ive posted a question before about him and medical alert bracelets. He has type 1 diabetes and hes almost 50. His docters didnt think he would live to see 20 but he doesnt seem to have any health issues other than eye problems that were taken care of by laser surgery. In the 8 monthes theyve been dating hes never had any issues other than his blood sugar getting low once and all he had to do was drink some orange juice and he was fine. he eats a lot but he only has a little bit of a gut and seems physicaly fit. Hes up to 6-7 insulin shots a day. I dont want anything to happen to him because hes the first guy to ever really treat my mom the way she deserves. If he's made it this far, will he probably live to have a normal life expectancy?

You shouldn't be working the same muscle group everyday. To increase your strength as fast as possible do your bench pressing every other day, or just twice a week. Your muscles need time to grow, and they only grow when you are resting. Also, are you working your other body parts? You should be working your entire body, or else you will look really weird. But to answer your question, it takes time to see results so don't expect things to happen overnight. I can't say how soon you will see results because there are many factors involved. I will tell you that you need to eat a lot of good healthful food, especially protein from meat, fish and dairy.

Please help scared i have cervical cancer?

im 26 and ive had my first smear test. the results came back and i have abnormal cells and hpv virus. the doctor said im high risk and i have to go to hospital in 2 weeks to be examined and have cells tested and destroyed. im really scared and i can hardly eat or sleep. its all im thinking about. i have 4 kids age 5 and under im really scared. the doctor said if it was cancer they have caught it early enough, but what if they havnt? this is my first smear, what if ive had it since last year? im scared if i have this then i might already have it elswere, i have a sore back, but that maight be because of picking the kids up. and since my birth of last child, hes 5months now. i have still got a small round bump, i heard this is normal, but it looks like im 3months pregnant. im so so scared and i have spoke to the doctor but she says i just need to wait untill ive had my hospital opintment. maybe i have cancer in my ovaries? can they test me for that? im just petrified of dying.

My parents were the same way. But now they are divorced (not right to say sry). Not only was 1 parent controling but over protective and hypocritical! What I did was tell them how I feel about the way they handle a tiny problem and that not only is it affecting me but the entire family. You probably feel the same way. That wasnt the reason they divorced. The real reason why was horrible. I hope its not going on in your life. Anyway tell them how you feel and even if they dont listen or act like they care about it you should call a friend and go out and get your mind off of it cause most likely it will be over by the time you get home. They see and know there is a problem. They choose to do nothing about it, and nothing you do will "make" them see anything. The sad thing here is that their continued enabling of her to indulge in unhealthy lifestyle doesn't amount to child abuse or neglect, so complaining to the court probably won't do you any good. Absolutely. I'm barefoot year-round, have been for more than eleven years. I used to be sickly, from my late teens until I was 28 I was coughing and sneezing from early fall until late spring no matter what I tried. Then I started going barefoot (just for comfort and fun, while I never bought into those myths that it's dangerous or gross, I never really thought it'd do so much to improve my health either), but ever since then it's over... I have called in sick once (for two days, and not in winter), and even a minor cough is rare. 10+ years of fighting colds all winter when I still wore footwear, 11 years of being much healthier barefoot, no other major lifestyle changes at the same time. I'm never going back to wearing shoes.

I work shift work, 12 hour days as well. It doesn't leave much of an evening to relax. I usually take one of my days off to do my own stuff. I get 4 off though not just the one (that would suck!!!) so we have 3 days to do things together. When I pull coverage and do 6 days I get stressed because of the 72 hour work week and don't want to do anything on my day off. On the flip side of that, my wife wants more attention and family time on my day off. I try to be open, but often it makes me grumpy. One suggestion is for you and your daughter to go spend time with him in the garden. I can't imagine pulling 6 12 hour shifts a week! You gotta let him have time to unwind. I wouldn't try to plan something every week, but maybe half days every other week would work for him. It sounds to me like he is using the gardening for some "zen" like relaxation. I don't know what job he has but he might be relishing the peace and quiet of the garden too.
