HIV is actually very difficult to transfer like that. Even through , it is not always transfered. I think that the likelyhood of that persons blood being HIV positive mixed with the likelyhood of a teeny bit of dry blood getting into your blood stream just through that very brief contact with your vulva, makes it almost impossible that you could be infected.
