Has there ever been a president that has?

actually kept campaign promises? I have only been conscious of two presidential campaign platforms. I think so far it has been Obama that has come closest to his platform claims: health care reform and I think he mentioned something about gay rights and I would put that with the don't ask don't tell repeal. Does anyone know if any other president has stuck to platform?
