Does anyone believe Ted Haggard is now completely heteroual?

Ted Haggard, famous hypocrite and Evangelical pastor says he's now "completely heteroual" after only 3 weeks of intensive counseling. Is this on the level, or is it just another attempt to show how gullible the evangelicals are...or what?
