G36 airsoft gun spits bbs out? how do i fix??!?

i have to pull the slide back and push the black hopup part back because it slides forward when i fire the gun i have to take my finger and push it back for it to fire correctly. if you know how to fix this issue please let me know i cant find anything on google. Thanks
