I just took two APs and realized my pencil was #3. Will that cancel my grade?

I took an English and US History exam with the multiple choice in #3 pencil. To my eyes there is no shade difference but will it be a bad thing when the machines grade it? They looked like normal yellow pencils with pink erasers to me but I looked down at the bottom today and saw a 3 lightly imprinted in the body.
