I am about to sneak out?

my family is so annoying i just want to go literally 1 block away to this store to get some food and i am turning 12 well my other friends are going 9 long blocks to the movies and they are 10 and they are allowed to go... THATS NOT RIGHT. all my life my family told me to go out and when i do they say NO stay! if it was at least for my protection i would understand but it just so they cant get fined by the police (which doest make sense because he doesnt know where i live and cant get fined. so my question should i sneak out
