I need program to monitor my download traffic.I have 10 gig-per month allowance?

Im on a broadband data modem (3) that plugs into the usb port.(O2 )have a similar system and I 'm limited to 10 gigs a month down load. which is plenty but ihappened to go over the limit last month only by a small amount but was severly punished .thanx
