When will I see results in my bench press?

You shouldn't be working the same muscle group everyday. To increase your strength as fast as possible do your bench pressing every other day, or just twice a week. Your muscles need time to grow, and they only grow when you are resting. Also, are you working your other body parts? You should be working your entire body, or else you will look really weird. But to answer your question, it takes time to see results so don't expect things to happen overnight. I can't say how soon you will see results because there are many factors involved. I will tell you that you need to eat a lot of good healthful food, especially protein from meat, fish and dairy.
